Welcome to the official website of Rinisun International. By accessing this website or engaging in commercial transactions with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, secure, and professional relationship between Rinisun International (“The Company”) and our global partners (“The Buyer”).

1. Corporate Identity

Rinisun International is a premier Indian export corporation. Our global headquarters and primary operations are located in the industrial cluster of Morbi, Gujarat, India. All business conducted through this platform is managed by our Indian offices.

2. Product Specifications & Scope

The Company specializes in the export of a diverse portfolio, including but not limited to:

  • Construction: Porcelain Tiles, Sanitary Ware.

  • Industrial: Pneumatic & Industrial Valves, Brass Components, Gland Packing.

  • Packaging: Craft Paper, Stretch Film, Plastic Crates, PP Bags.

  • Sustainability: Bagasse Tableware.

  • Agri-Produce: Fresh Onions.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, all technical data, HS Codes, and material grades provided on this website are for informational purposes. Final specifications will be governed by the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.

3. Commercial & Payment Terms

To maintain the integrity of our supply chain and ensure priority production, Rinisun International operates under the following financial protocols:

  • Standard Payment: 100% Advance T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). This is our preferred method for expedited processing.

  • Letter of Credit (L/C): At-sight Irrevocable Letters of Credit may be accepted at the Company’s discretion, depending on the buyer’s credit history and the destination country’s risk profile.

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in USD or INR as per the specific agreement.

4. Comprehensive Logistics & Shipping

Rinisun International utilizes all major Indian Sea Ports (including Mundra, Nhava Sheva, and Pipavav) and International Airports to facilitate global trade.

  • Container Types: We support FCL (Full Container Load), LCL (Less than Container Load), and Air Cargo.

  • Specialized Equipment: We offer Reefer (Refrigerated) Containers for perishable agri-produce and Open Top/Flat Rack containers for oversized industrial cargo.

  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise stated, all trades follow Incoterms® 2020 (typically FOB, CIF, or CFR).

5. Quality Assurance & Inspection

We stand by the quality of Indian manufacturing.

  • Inspection: The Buyer has the right to appoint a third-party inspection agency (e.g., SGS, Intertek) at the port of loading in India.

  • Claims: Any discrepancy in quality or quantity must be reported within 15 days of the arrival of the cargo at the destination port, supported by a formal surveyor’s report.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Rinisun International shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, sea-freight delays, port strikes, or changes in Indian Government export policies.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the services of Rinisun International shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Morbi, Gujarat, India.
